The founding partners of K & C Floorcovering, Michael Kraemer and John
Crum, are both Bucks County natives. They grew up in the same
neighborhood in Holland. They are both graduates of the Council Rock
school system. They have known each other their whole lives. Each had
plenty of flooring experience prior to ‘joining forces’ to form their own
company in 1985. Originally founded to specialize in installation for
local flooring retailers, the newly formed K & C partners gained
additional field experience in all types of floors and applications. In
1991, K & C expanded into retail, opening their first showroom in
Feasterville, PA (Thanks, Dave). Our present location in Langhorne, PA
offers shoppers an incredible selection of the very finest hardwoods,
carpets, rugs, vinyl floors and specialty floors on the market today.
Mike and John are still very much hands-on, and are personally involved
with every customer in every purchase.
Our showroom floor and office operations are overseen by Mrs. Sheryl
Kaschak. Sheryl is a graduate of The Art Institute of Philadelphia, where
she earned a degree (with honors) in Interior Design, class of 1989. She
brings a wealth of knowledge much broader than her degree alone would
suggest, with experience in many facets of the flooring industry. The
same talent and ability to work with color and fabric that earned her the
respect of the design community has made possible her multi-dimensional
career within the flooring industry. She has held positions in retail,
wholesale, distribution, product line consulting, and commercial project
design coordination. Sheryl brings a unique blend of design talent and
insider ‘nuts and bolts’ knowledge about our industry that you will find
nowhere else. Whether you need just a little help working with an
existing paint and color scheme, or you’re creating the room of your
dreams from scratch, you will find Sheryl an invaluable resource.
